Quality of polo shirts

Polo shirts come in different materials. Not every material is suitable for embroidery. The fabric of the polo should have some volume to neatly display the embroidery on the polo. As an example: we recommend printing a sports polo made of thin material. We also recommend printing on polos with a lot of Lycra, because the fabric stretches and the embroidery itself does not. Good to know about polo embroidery

Please note that color gradients and very small details cannot be embroidered. The minimum letter height we use is 4mm. Do you also consider the color of your logo when choosing a polo color?
