2. Fill in the return form.
3. Return your package through our returnportal or servicepoint of your choosing.

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. When returning, you can indicate whether you wish to exchange something

If it has been registered, you may return it in a shipping bag or box with the return, RMA or order number written on the box to:

You can also create a returns label on our returns portal

If you are unable to register your return, a copy of your order in the box will suffice. Please include a returns form or instructions with the order so that we can complete everything as quickly as possible. Please also write your order number on the box or shipping bag. When you can expect your order depends on the product.

The delivery time for each product is indicated on the product page, in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation.
You can keep the product with the longest delivery time for the expected delivery time
