Track & Trace - track your order
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code from PostNL, DHL or DPD.
If the products are in stock, the order will usually be offered to you the next working day or on Saturday (shipments within the Netherlands). A signature for receipt will be requested upon delivery of your order. The shipping services will offer your package a maximum of one time at the address you provided. If you are not present, the package will be taken to the nearest collection point where you can collect your package within a week.
Pick up point
Did you choose a pick-up point, or were you not present and is the package now at a pick-up point? The shipping services give you the opportunity to pick it up within a week. This gives you 7 days before the package is returned.
If the package is not collected, we will charge the regular shipping costs again for delivery.
