Complaints about our products or services
You can easily report a complaint about our services or an article online via Contact Form or by calling us (+31(0)223-661300). Our employees will contact you by telephone within 5 working days or advise you by e-mail about the further handling of your complaint. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days at the latest.
Outside inspection period of 14 days
Have you purchased an item from us and does it break after a certain time or do you have a complaint about an item? Then it is important that you have the order/invoice number.
1. Email us and describe your complaint as accurately as possible in the email, stating the purchase date, the invoice number and the item number of the purchase. You should also send a number of photos that clearly show the complaint.
2. As soon as the photos have been assessed by the complaints & warranty department, we will contact you within 5 days about the progress of this complaint and possible return shipment.
3. All requested data will also be provided within 10 days after the start of the complaint, otherwise the complaint will be closed without further right to complaint
If the submitted complaint cannot be resolved by Unishore Bedrijfskleding BV, you can submit your complaint to Webwinkelkeur or the disputes committee www.sgc.nl or the 'Online Dispute Resolution' of the European Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Once it has been agreed that the item can be returned, you will receive a returns number from us. You can return the product with sufficient postage, stating this return number. We will then proceed with further processing.
