How can I return my order?

  1. Login to your account and report your return
  2. Fill in the return form.
  3. Return your package through our returnportal or servicepoint of your choosing.

Return Policy

  • Fitting of items in a hygienic way is permitted.
  • All items must be in their original packaging and must be unused.
  • Products should always be returned in a shipping bag or box.
  • The shipping label should only be attached to the shipping bag or box, never directly to the item itself.
  • The items should not contain any abnormal smell, stains, dust or traces of hair. This indicates use or careless handling of the items.
  • Products that are embroidered or printed cannot be returned.

General return information

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. (Distance Selling Act) The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you,
who is not the carrier acquires physical possession of the good. The products must be free of signs of wear (of course you can try them on) and, if reasonably possible, be in the original packaging. You are only liable for the diminished value of the items resulting from use of the items, which are not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the items. The amount to be paid by us can be transferred to your bank account within 5 working days or can be deducted from any new order.

Personalized products such as clothing with an embroidered or printed name or logo cannot be returned.

If you want to return the purchased products, you can register your return online by logging into your account and pressing register returns under your orders.


    After you have registered your return

    After registering your return item(s), you can return the items, but please note the following:

    • Ensure there is sufficient postage
    • Use the correct return address
    • Attach a copy of the order or write down the return number on the box

    You can also cancel your order through us withdrawal form fill it out and email or send it to us.

    Any exchanges will be sent to you free of charge. We strive to handle your returns or exchanges and any resulting actions as quickly as possible. When making an exchange, please state the item description and size of the desired product.

    Right of withdrawal

    You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your withdrawal from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use it for this form for withdrawal, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

    Consequences of the revocation

    If you revoke the agreement, you will receive the payment you have made up to that time, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, back from us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We try to make the refund within 2 to 3 working days, we have a maximum of 14 days to refund the amount
