End of year deliveries

We expect delays until the end of December due to large volumes at all parcel delivery companies. Please take this into account when placing your orders! Order on time to avoid unnecessary inconvenience due to delays.

How can I return or exchange?

  1. Log in to my account and report your return
  2. Fill in the return form
  3. Return the package via our returns portal or service point of your choice

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

The return can be placed in a shipping bag or separate box with the return, RMA or order number written on the box, return to:

I cannot register my return

If you are unable to register your return, a copy of your order in the box will suffice. Please include a returns form or instructions with the order so that we can complete everything as quickly as possible. Please also write your order number on the box or shipping bag. If you have any questions, please email warehouse@unishoreworkwear.com .

When can I expect my order?

When you can expect your order depends on the product.

The delivery time for each product is indicated on the product page, in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation.
You can keep the product with the longest delivery time for the expected delivery time
